First off, I’m going to be completely honest. When I read today’s WOD online, I was mad. Not because I didn’t want the chance to try this one again, but more because I had already set in my mind that I was going to work on it on my own and improve my score. I had been looking forward to the WOD today throwing us something totally different. No such luck:
Sunday March 2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30- Double Unders
15- Power Snatches/Ground to Overhead #75/#55
That’s right. 14.1 all over again. I’m not mad anymore though. Also set aside my consideration of skipping the box today and going to yoga instead. :p Then the fighter in me took over. I’m no quitter… Through the 8 months I’ve been crossfitting, the biggest gain in strength has been mental.
